I know that we all make "resolutions" and rarely keep them, but eating healthier and getting fitter are goals I think we can all agree we SHOULD strive to keep. Since goals like these are easier to keep when we've got a support system helping to urge us on, I was thinking that maybe we could help one another. To get us started, I thought that we could do the following:
1. share ideas on how to stay more phyically fit 2. share recipes for eating healthier 3. share whatever we can to promote an overall healtheir lifestyle So...who wants to go first?
